Your career at GlobeMed Resources begins as an RN working on long term contract assignments or shorter term travel Nurse assignments at our US hospital clients. The GlobeMed Team eagerly looks forward to supporting you and your career options which include:

US Orientation:




GlobeMed Resources supports three levels of orientations once you arrive in the US:

  • GlobeMed Resources Orientation: a thorough review of our policies and procedures, enrollment to our benefits, timesheet processing and payroll initiation, our Client support procedures and etiquette, and introduce you to the appropriate Company Management Team
  • Clinical and Communications Orientation: a review of US Nurse clinical skills and procedures, acceptable communication practices to include Nurse to Nurse, Nurse to Supervisor, Nurse to Physician, and Nurse to Patient scenarios
  • Hospital Orientation: each hospital provides an orientation program designed to assess your competency level and provide appropriate training and to introduce you to the hospital and procedures
